Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing LUXE Design Group, Inc. dba LUXE Home as your trusted construction materials supplier. We strive to provide high-quality custom products tailored to your specific needs. Please review our refund policy carefully.

Custom Products:

All products provided by LUXE Home are custom-made to meet your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that once an order is confirmed and a deposit is made, it is non-refundable. This includes any expenses incurred in the initial stages of product development and customization.

Production Payments:

Once production payments are submitted and the production process has commenced, they are non-refundable. This is because the production phase involves the allocation of resources, materials, and labor to fulfill your specific order. As such, we are unable to refund payments once they have been processed and the production is underway.

Order Cancellation:

Should you wish to cancel your order before production begins, you may do so within five calendar days of submission to production. However, please note that the initial deposit made for customization purposes is non-refundable even in the case of order cancellation at this stage.

Quality Assurance:

We take pride in delivering products of the highest quality. If, however, you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 10 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Refund Process:

For eligible refunds, the process may take 30 days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Please note that any third-party transaction fees incurred during the purchase will not be refunded.
